Facade redesign
You send a building that works but does not sell, whether it is drawings, a raw volume, or massing. We redraw the facade, adjusting materials and window proportions where allowed, until it stands out. A light touch or a full re-skin, depending on your goals and the project stage.

How it works

01briefing and scheduleWe review the brief and materials, then agree on a schedule, start date, preview date, and final delivery date.
02camera angle approvalWe collect the drawings and material references, build the model, and agree on the camera angles for the visualizations.
03adjustment sessionsDraft images are refined with materials, objects, and lighting direction.
04detail approvalFinal details and minor material changes are confirmed.
05final visualizationHigh-resolution, high-quality final renders are delivered, with room for adjustments to the image colour grading.
01brief and goal definitionWe gather all available materials and align on your goals, whether that is refreshing materials without changing the building geometry, or redesigning the facade for a bolder look, and identify what is worth changing.
02facade optionsBased on your existing project or massing, we prepare two to four facade options, covering proportions, materials, and key architectural details.
03chosen option in detailWe refine the selected option across all elevations. Areas and economics stay untouched, only the approved design changes.
04final visualizationsWe deliver high-quality final visualizations, along with the 3D model for further development and implementation into the project.
05addressing feedbackWe resolve any remaining questions on details, material choices, and implementation, drawing on our experience as practicing architects.
